Professor Dariusz Leszczynski will deliver a public lecture titled: “5G and health – is it safe? What the science tells us” in Auckland on Tuesday 19th November 2019.

Introducing Professor Dariusz Leszczynski

Prof. Dariusz Leszczynski is a highly accomplished scientist visiting from Europe where he lives. He was one of the panel of scientists of the International Agency for Research on Cancer that classified microwave radiation as a possible carcinogen (Group 2B) in 2011. He is very knowledgeable about the research related to health risks of wireless radiation and is the author of the science blog “Between a Rock and a Hard Place”.

NB:  In addition to his public lecture in Auckland, while he is in New Zealand, Prof. Leszczynski will also give public lectures in the Hawkes Bay, Wellington and Nelson. (When the details for these events are confirmed they will be listed on www.5G.org.nz/events/.)

Professor Lezczynski will be introduced by lawyer Sue Grey and the facilitator for the event will be Dr. Manuel Vallee, PhD of the University of Auckland.

Date: Tuesday 19th November 2019

Time: 6.30 to 8 PM; Doors open at 6 PM

Venue: Auckland University Library Lecture Theatre B15

This lecture theatre is located in Building 109 at the corner of Princes St and Alfred St across from Albert Park in Central Auckland.

Cost:  Free – but donations/koha towards the costs of bringing Professor Leszczynski to Auckland would be gratefully received.
